Appreciative cleaner

Very happy with this app. It has made me a lot of money that I wouldn’t have made!
With that being said I do have a few ways I think this app could improve. For starters the app glitches a lot. This has prevented me from being able to charge lock out fees this passed week. Removing and redownloading seems to help at the time but then it’ll happen again the next day it will also sometimes prevent me from being able to see the address. Another way I think this could be improved is maybe by asking the clients to provide photos of how much work they need done this way the quotes of how much time a cleaner would need could be a little more accurate. What takes one cleaner 6 hours make take another 4. I’m not sure what the protocol for the quotes are however sometimes clients will only allow for 3 hours of cleaning and what they want done will take more time.
I also think the photo thing will help prevent sending us to hazardous jobs.
Overall this app was a great idea and I absolutely love it.

As for jobs that need more time, you may communicate with your client and ask for their priorities or let them know that you need more hours. You may work longer hours and bill them accordingly if they agree.

Lost my money

1.If you’re a top cleaner, you can get paid for one job per week directly to your card without a fee. I always use this option and set aside the rest for the weekly pay deposit. This week, there was some kind of glitch in the app. My bank account details disappeared, and WITHOUT MY CONSENT, they processed an instant pay and charged me a $30 fee.
2.If you cancel an order less than 24 hours before, they block your ability to take orders for some time. However, this doesn’t apply to clients. If a client wants to change the time, it’s not considered a cancellation. But when a client changes the time, all cleaners see this job, and someone else can take it before you. As a result, it often happens that you wake up ready to go to a job, and it’s no longer there!
3.I don’t see jobs closer than 20 miles from my home, and I can’t compensate for the time and gas spent by raising my hourly rate because in that case, there are no orders at all.
4.The app has many bugs. Messages don’t get marked as “read” until you reload the page 5 times.
5.Support for cleaners is terrible. You can write to the chat in the app, and you’ll get a response 1–2 days later via email. Often, these are automated replies that have nothing to do with your question. Continuing the dialogue isn’t possible because you can’t reply to the email—you can only write to the chat and wait another two days.

To the Crew at Homeaglow

I'm so sorry that this past week was a very big struggle to get my app up and running and being of the best to my performance with communication and so forth with the app and having it installed due to my personal bank issues and lost card a d miscommunication about having a card temporary that was unavailable to be able to make the app purchase and or installation happen without any snags, it took a lot of figuring out and then it finally happened I got to install the app successfully on my IPhone;) and yes I'm 2 mins into it and stopped to write a review :)
I had a very hard time and it sent me into even a mild depression of not being able to pick up jobs due to the webpage seems to have a snag and did not want to book me any new jobs . Well I was hoping that it would not be that way after I installed the app and YES I have been able to book 2 gigs/jobs already within the 2 mins and it not Turning me to a red message of job already taken or was not successful at booking it.

So the webpage will have its snags but the app is giving priority to the jobs listed :) so that is good :)

However the results for booking jobs if it be unsuccessful or hard for some to book due to the red message please let them know the app will not be that way:)
