Update RUINED the app
I use this for my small business and before a recent update it was definitely not the best app, but it was manageable. Now, its essentially worthless and I am going to have to buy a different printer. Since the update, the app consistantly blurs whatever I am printing, no matter what settings I choose. I know it is the app not my printer because the problem started right after the update and the images are blurry before I even print them. Please restore the old version or fix this!!!!
Not consistent and usually dosn't work right
I bought the printer and downloaded the app. When I returned after creating the first round of labels, the original labels I created won't print right. I called in, and got a nice man, who really couldn't help because the company is in Asia and no one is there when I called. He replied back and apparenlty the update screwed things up. ugggg
Works perfectly
Perfectly functional software, super convenient having tons of labels and size options built directly into the interface. I purchased this label maker for “here and there” labels and stickers for my business and it works incredibly welly well.
