The newest version of the app is great! Not only does it look better visually, but it functions much better. Order ahead works well and it can track my location more accurately. Love it! 💛

This new app is NOT an improvement over the previous app. More steps to order your drink and then it does not save previous orders so every time you have to go through all the steps again.

The old version would update on the progress of your order, so you knew when it was ready. Now it gives you an estimated time which is almost always wrong. Twice I have placed an order & was given an estimate of 20+minutes, in both cases my drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Luckily, I checked otherwise my drink would have been sitting for over 10 minutes. You can sign up for text/email updates, but then you are agreeing to get promos as well. So much more convenient to get the update in the app

The new update has not made this app better. This app is full of bugs and glitches, from logging on, to scheduling an order, to paying. Took me about 15 tries and multiple deletes and reinstalls to log into my account. It deletes my order history, so I take screenshots just in case my order is lost. There was a two for one coffee discount today, but I can’t even get past the “scheduled delivery” page (I live a block away and just need it ASAP) to add anything to my cart. Horrible app. Please fix.
