Automatic Tip Fearure
Tip is automatically applied. I heavily dislike this feature. Tipping is for ‘customer service’ not for a to-go order. Therefore, tip is should not be automatically applied as a way to offset for partially paying employee’s wages and for having my drink being made. This is the employers responsibility, not the customer.
Great, but no scheduled option for orders
Mostly the App worked fine. Visually pleasing, good experience using the app. I just wish they would fix the schedule feature for orders. You can open the drop down menu for time and date but it doesn’t give you any options. You have to pretty much be ready for your drink as soon as you order, especially if you’re slow. Would love to order 30 min to an hour in advance if I’m coming from somewhere else so my drink doesn’t get cold (or hot if it’s an iced drink lol)
Amazing Upgrade
This new app is a huge upgrade from the former one! Super user friendly and I love the scan to pay feature. Also love the design of the app! Really feels like it captures the brand. All around 10/10!
