Very good app but I don’t know why it takes high battery power while using.
Unsatisfactory service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your platform. Despite the convenience that online shopping is supposed to offer, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the delivery times have been excessively long. Items that were promised to arrive within a few hours have taken weeks to be delivered. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
Secondly, the customer service response has been inadequate. On multiple occasions, I have tried to reach out for updates and assistance, but my inquiries have either gone unanswered or received delayed responses that did not address my concerns.
