This is the most consistently inconsistent application I have ever had to deal with. I am a store manager and our company mandates that we use this app for scheduling and time-off requests.
The number of times I have had to delete it and re-download because my “Customer record is not found,” is utterly absurd. I have employees come to me on a regular basis claiming that the app is no longer working for them. It has currently stopped working for me altogether, despite me doing everything in my power to log in.
These issues are in no way due to misuse or expired passwords. We have been dealing with them for months and have continued to update our profiles each time this app claims that our customer IDs are unrecognizable. This program is intended to make things easier, but it is nothing but a major inconvenience. Get yourselves together; this impacts people’s livelihoods.

This app would be completely usable if they took the time to modify all the small and infuriating pieces of extraordinarily poorly thought-out UI. The scroll system to select individual dates is just awful, the app will sometimes delete inputs where it should save them, and there is no option to repeat any sort of request. Absolutely ridiculous. It barely serves the user. Whoever designed this should be ashamed. It feels like no real thought was given to any part of it. What should be a simple task takes forever. The worst scheduling app I have ever seen. JDA, please update this to be better, or go out of business swiftly so another more capable company can move in.

I’ve heard iPhone 10 or iOS 11.x hasn’t worked for some people but it’s working for me. Only thing I wish I could do was change my password from the app. I have to change it via web browser.
If people are having issues with the app, try to clear cache by clicking the gear option. This has worked for me.
I wish it had badge notification as well. I have to open the app to see if something is waiting my approval or the status of a request.
