It’s better to buy from Renfe, their competition. Renfe is more expensive but at least you will
Be able to buy a ticket. With this app you can’t buy anything, it is really bad, bugs everywhere. Don’t waste your time and buy from Renfe. Their website is as bad, it does not allow me to use any of my credit cards. No problem with Renfe.
Hangs all the time
App is very buggy it hangs so many times, difficult to use the app :-(
Useless app
Inexplicable UX design and can’t perform basic functions like changing a ticket. What is the point of this app?
