Ratings and Reviews
Garbage app
Good luck updating your info if you change your card. I had to start from scratch after having an account for years. Still haven’t been able to set up my account or get someone on the phone. And don’t even bother using a web browser or calling cause no one picks up. Absolute garbage.
Impossible to register
I have attempted to register an account through the app at least 10 different times but always get an error that the password isn’t correct, even though the password I created each time met the requirement according to the app.
Terrible
Terrible app. I wish it had an English option. There should also be a day rate option in the app. The on location kiosks are also very poorly designed. We could not purchase a day pass, our credit cards kept getting declined, even though they work everywhere else.
