Rattled by a pothole? Bothered by blight? Waterbury, CT residents and visitors can use iReportWTBY to submit service requests to the City for action and resolution. iReportWTBY is a free application that allows you to report community issues, pinpoint the issue location with GPS, attach photos from your mobile device, and track the status of your requests.
This app may optionally monitor your location in the background, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Waste of time
Not supported on iOS8!
Was a great app. Unfortunately, in iOS 8, the app loads and then freezes. Nothing works.
