Intesis AC Cloud 4+

My Fujitsu has a setting on the remote called minimum. It brings the unit to a minimum temperature of 50. I don't see access to this on the remote. Also minimum temperature on the remote is 50 on minimum and 55 on a regular heat cycle. The minimum temperature on the app is 60. Is there anyway to fix this. I use it for a 2nd home and need to keep at a minimum heat to keep pipes from freezing during the winter. Can you please assist me with this. The minimum control is ok without but the lower temperature would be a great help.

Been using the app for a few years now. Had some challenges connecting to new wifi router but tech support assistance was great and got it to work with written instructions and a bit of back and forth getting router settings changed.

The app itself doesn’t do much other then turn on/off, change settings and set some patterns and scenes. Had hoped for more options for energy saving such as adjusting min/max ranges, energy consumption tracking, operating hours tracking (read somewhere that it does that but I can’t find it), etc. Maybe I was just expecting too much or my Panasonic PACi unit is not equipped to do that?

Now trying to figure out if I can install a sensor on my AC that does do all of that.

The good: Siri support is available for everything- fantastic!

Bad:
Can’t change the names of patterns or actions (after changing them they revert).
It wasn’t clear to me that patterns can’t overlap.. for example if you create 2 patterns for Monday-Friday, it will only use the top most one. This sort of makes sense, but the UI didn’t make it clear so it was fairly frustrating.

There should be a way to turn patterns on/off (for example if your going on vacation to be able to toggle off a pattern until you return).

There should be an option to set a scene using patterns.
