Mutliple Users Not Well Supported
I have used the scale well enough for a year, with the bluetooth issues others have described.
Added my husband last week as an additional user. Only one of us can be connected via Bluetooth at a time. When i weigh in, my weight is tracked to his profile, even though I am on mine, and my husband’s weight gies to my profile. We have to manually delete these entries.
Reached out to support yesterday and they said they released an upgrade last week, but in looking at versions, nothing has been released for 10 months.
Syncs seamlessly with Apple Health & Lose It! Apps
Innotech has created an excellent app to go with their scale. Using the Apple Health and Lose It! apps, I have lost 12 pounds in 4 months. The Innotech app syncs seamlessly with those apps, making it super easy to track weight, fat (body and visceral), BMI and other data, which helps keep me on track and away from the chocolate chip cookies.
The app has an attractive and intuitive layout, and the bluetooth scale is very nice too.
On the rare occasions I contacted Customer Support, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and solved the problem. I am really pleased with this company.
What’s up with all the negative reviews?
I got the scale at a discount at my local store, downloaded the app and it paired instantly after I made my account.
I set a goal weight, and I check my weight every day. I see my progress and it give me info on my bmi, protein, muscle, water, and a lot of other stuff. Very informative.
I feel like people are expecting a lot more of it when in reality it’s just a scale that connects to your phone. Works 100% fine with me.
