Oura integratiom

I have connected my oura ring and when it connects it pulls information through the time i connected. However nothing going forward syncs with the app. To fix i have to deactivate and then add it back
In addition there is no way to mark progress for a previous day even with the dr’s assistance

Crashes, cumbersome, and inflexible

This app crashes a lot. It’s extremely annoying.
The ux is also very cumbersome. The buttons are all different sizes, there is no obvious place to add a recipe… that seems crazy! Maybe it’s hidden… but it shouldn’t be that deep.
In terms of consistency, there isn’t any conceptual consistency either, which sort of destroys trust in the knowledge base. For example, the app tells you to remove eggs from your diet in week 1 (I don’t eat them anyway), but the recipe on day 2 has eggs+egg whites. What? Are there multiple teams not talking to each other? What kind of quality testing is happening??
And there’s no place to tell it you are a vegetarian. Everything in the program has meat. There are religious, cultural, and allergy reasons for people not eating meat as well as doing it for environmental, ethical, and health reasons. Even the first protein video tells you that you only need 5-7 ounces of protein- and talks about alternative protein sources… soooo I’m quite surprised there’s no way to just show vegetarian recipes! It’s just filtering tags/categories. Hopefully you have an ontology or at least a taxonomy. Not hard. You can do it!

I don’t recommend

They are gung-ho to answer the phone to set up an appointment, but after they get your money they do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They will only communicate with you through the app. They are very slow to respond and if it’s nearing the end of their day, 5pm m-f, with NO weekend response., you will not get a response. Maybe the program works, maybe, but their fast paced business model is not matched by their client communication. They say they are booked, and to be patient out reach out through the app!! Say what??? Hire more people so that you can take care of clients quickly. If I would’ve known this is how the communication was going to be I definitely would not have signed up for this app or bought the program from Salt Lake City fat loss. They are not client friendly. You are not getting taken care of for the amount of money that you spend. Buyer beware!
