OK, let me first start off by saying I spoke to an agent who is so informative, extremely kind and patient. The purpose of my call to Inno Dispatch was for a few tips on how to book loads because I have been struggling with it. I was able to speak to a young lady named Lasheta.
She scanned my entire profile for my company and found errors that could’ve possibly been preventing me from booking a load. This young lady spent maybe 25 minutes on the phone with me never sounded aggravated went above and beyond for me, and answered all my questions.
She corrected my vehicle specs length with the height and the weight capacity.

Fast payment
easy to use, friendly dispatcher, fast and reliable payment, but the loads never win, I have only been able to make 3 loads with them.

The dispatchers at LJ always have positive energy and they keep you busy with loads every time you're available. The app is good because you're never forced to take a load you don't want and you can always bid at the amount you think is fair depending on the market
