A&E Logistics 4+

So I took 3 loads total with A&E and they not once paid me on time. My first load took about 3 weeks 2nd took about 2 months and the third load I opted for quick pay they take an extra 4% to be paid within 48 hours took them 10 days. Absolutely a joke of a company the worst company I’ve worked for in this industry. The accounting person that doesn’t have a name is unresponsive and rude. I must’ve sent 10 emails that they completely ignored and I sent them an email in a new thread and they responded in 5 min thinking it was someone else. They blocked me from calling and texting. Then my account was disabled just because I wanted to know when I would be paid. They finally tell me they will pay me and will not charge the quick pay fee and when I get paid they took the 4% fee that tooke them 10 days to pay me. I wasn’t surprised to say the least. Don’t waste your time dealing with these unprofessional amateurs. You will end up raising your blood pressure just to get paid for the work you did.

Hi, so it has been over 120 days since I did a load for you guys on March 15-16 and still no payment for my load for 800 or my over night of 150 I held my end of the bargain up and they did NOT. I really am not a person who likes to start problems I just like to work and make an honest living for my children and I. I have called and sent several emails with NO RESPONSE. Your company is the only company that I have ever had issues with over payment. You guys have never even sent me the updated rate con. Including the over night. I just want my money and what's owed to me. I will be calling to FMCSA and department of Labor in PA. and taking any steps that I have to take to get my payment. I do know that you guys are coming off as a brokerage without proper authority I will send all pics of ALL DOCS THAT THEY NEED and I will also be blasting your company on my platform I have over 10,000 people on my pages on about 4 different platforms. So sad that one has to go to this extreme to get what is owed to them.

The app is great and so is the company at first . I got my first quick pay on time and everything was great. So the next week I did 3 more jobs and chose quick pay witch for them should say regular pay because it’s 3 to 5 days with 3% taken out . Now it’s been more then 10 days and I’m unable to make anymore runs because I never got any of my quick payments . I have called and Emailed them all week and got no response. Witch is fishy because they were all so nice at first . So now it’s about to be the first of the month and I have no money for bills either . Driver beware! So I finally got a hold of the accounting lady and she told me they were going to send out my quick payments on a Monday night . It’s now Thursday and I haven’t received anything. I call the bank and there is no record of them sending me any money. Don’t run for this company unless you like working for free . Horrible service! Horrible response! Horrible accountant!
