Because it does not work when i plug my thum drive into my iPhone thru it’s normal port and it says not connected please fix

Never worked, phone says device not connected even though the portable drive is plugged directly to my IPhone via its normal port. No support to contact as Safari can’t find the link they give you. DONOT BUY🌼
