I really liked this site. It seemed to be the best.
Then they started with their games. I used a debit card to deposit. They wanted a copy of the card. It had been stolen so I did not have it. So I asked for options. They said send a bank statement. I did. They said no a bank statement. I did. So back and fourth a few times. So I chatted they said we need a statement with the last 4 digits of 2222. I said I don’t have an account with 2222. I have a stolen card with 2222. They said your card number and a count number are the same! Lol nope!!! Maybe with a cc but not a debit. So I spent an hr chatting and they said se d a b and c. I did. Then they declined my request.
So they are more than happy to take your money but good luck getting any back.

Worst experience

This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced from the customer service to the slot machines. Ceasers and their slots here don’t pay like other sites. They may offer a bonus but they make sure you can’t win a single dollar with their promo bonuses. I’ve tried it about 4 times now and have never seen money be taken as fast as on both those online casino! I lost every single spin and so did multiple other people I invited to play. They clearly have control of our accounts if that’s how bad it was. I have accounts at every online casino and not a single one is this bad. I expect to lose but the way we lose here and at ceasers is twice as fast because they don’t pay and their machines are tight or they control your account to not win. So play with caution because they won’t do anything to keep their customers happy. I’m not a sore loser I’m use to losing but the difference is the way we lose and it’s not fun here what so ever! THE RTP WAS THE LOWEST OF ALL THE ONLINE CASINO APPS AND THE LEGAL LIMIT! STAY AWAY THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AND TRUST ME YOU WILL FEEL LIKE SOMEONE ROBBED YOU OVER THE INTERNET. What ever platform they use they have some really sketchy stuff going on. I am gonna write a article on this so people don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t use play plus for deposits!

I like this casino it pays way better than golden nugget.. they could do some more promotions though.. I won a pretty decent sized amount about a month & a half ago & someone got ahold of my card numbers & made 3k worth of fraudulent purchases. I always use play plus to deposit & they are a complete joke. There is no one on customer service that ever can answer any questions they hang up on you most of the time.. it’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t got a card or even an email telling me a thing about my dispute. You can’t even talk to anyone in the dispute dept and I’m so sick of not having access to my money. Don’t use play plus bc they limit how much you can spend & you’ll never get your money off there once they got it you can’t move it at all it’s a total joke & im closing every play plus account I have bc I’m so sick of waiting for them to at least send me a new card but nope. I don’t even think it’s legal what they do. And good luck getting anyone to give a hoot about your money that they seem to think is theirs now.
