Fraud and looting the money
It is not even worth single star.. post Pregnancy I thought to join yoga and I paid for 3 months. Before paying i asked for demo (no demo as they have more than 500 members which is not true) and also asked them if this is instructor led class or not ? They said yes it’s online live class. Next day joined the class and later understood it’s completely recorded session without interaction with trainer how can we know weather what we are doing is correct or not..even there is no chat option. Immediately I called them and asked straight away am not interested this kind of session refund me, they first accepted to refund in 1 hour next 1 hour they stopped to respond. Again on next day another lady responded and said they don’t have refund policy.. they are just playing with our emotions. Please don’t believe this fraud team.

So I wanted to try before I bought a complete month. But decided to go ahead and buy one month. Was talked into buying two months so that I could.” save money.” With that being said, I went ahead and made the purchase. From there, I opened the Zumba because that’s what I was interested in Not knowing what it was. I watched through a very intense workout. I am over 50 and not in the best shape. I went to Customer Service and asked about a refund. She offered me belly dancing and Bollywood something I have no idea. I then continued to ask for a refund. She told me she had no refund policy. Which in my opinion is not right. If you can’t offer a trial basis. It’s just not right.
