HHAeXchange+ provides a simple, fast, and secure mobile experience to connect caregivers with homecare agencies or self-directed employers. To satisfy the 21st Century Cures Act requirement, this app will only record a caregiver’s location when they clock-in and clock-out.
HHAeXchange+ has three modes:
-- Agency mode, for caregivers employed by homecare agencies
-- Self-Direction mode, for family and friends serving as caregivers
-- Care Insights mode, for payers that need member-related questions answered and recorded
Agency mode for homecare empowers caregivers to:
-- Clock in and clock out with location services or FOB
-- Manage their schedule on-the-go
-- Create unscheduled visits
-- Record plan of care duties
-- Conduct skilled or non-skilled visits
-- View member information like demographics, plan of care tasks, or get directions to the member’s home
-- Communicate with agencies in real-time through the Two-Way Chat Message Center
Self-Direction mode allows caregivers to:
-- Start and end a shift
-- View consumer information
Care Insights mode allows caregivers to:
-- Provide responses to member-related health and environment questions
-- Proactively monitor member health
-- Measure against the progress on a specific plan of care to improve member outcomes

Very Annoyed
After the app finally got my schedule in and kept it in, I was happy that I was able to clock in and out. The GPS has never worked though. It shows me to be over 4,000 feet away. After the last update was installed, everything disappeared. So, I have to call my coordinator at least 2 or 3 times a week to give my hours. Today she called me as half my hours had disappeared on her end after I’ve given them to them twice.
Yes, I’ve called IT and I understand they are probably overloaded with problems like mine but they could at least return my VOICEMAILS and tell me approximately when they may get back to me. Needless to say, I’m very frustrated!!!!!! Oh, I actually rate this app less than a star. I think they went live before they were ready. They need to reload mine at least.
Still has some issues.
The app was doin alright after the new updates. Faster loading time, and less of a tendency to delete my schedule data. GPS still doesn’t work right tho.
Anyway, I started having issues with it again after it wouldn’t let me log in using my fingerprint. I was like “okay” and I tried logging in with my password instead, but then I keep getting this dumb error that says something about “please log out, and log back in to fix the issue” BUT I’M NOT EVEN LOGGED in 💀 that’s the issue. How am I gonna log out if I can’t even log in, man?
This keeps happening over and over, even after closing the app and opening it again. I even restarted my IPhone and, nothing. Same results.
Non happy consumers
This app is not at all good is annoying to all ways put a password every time need to log in also tracks your location when and where you are what if the patient as an appointment to the doctors cause they do a lot of them a appointments maybe three times a week it tracks you to the appointments to a lot of them are not happy a bout this and they also have to do this an a portal to confirm or approve hours if the never used a computer because they are from another country and are not computer savvy if they don’t use it the state terminates there program thats not right they kick them right off the help program….it’s gonna cause a lot of problem this system
