- View your case status,
- Check your EBT card balance,
- Find out when your benefits will next be issued,
- Upload and submit a document,
- Find out if documents you’ve sent to DTA have been processed,
- Get alerts for upcoming appointments,
- Get alerts for important deadlines or actions,
- Read and print notices and letters,
- Update your contact information,
- Request to have a letter mailed to you showing the amount of benefits you receive
- See local contact information for DTA.

Make the app better and easier to login

Ever since the new update this year now requiring you to put in your email and password it’s annoying and is not like any other apps that are out in 2023. We should be able to use our face to open up the app or fingerprint and not have to type an email and password every single time. Or at the very least give us an option to save our email and password so it will remember it when we go to log in. Saves a lot of time especially when your in line trying to buy groceries and you have to check quick what your balance is - it’s just not as easy as it should be especially that we’re living in 2023 - it’s almost how all major apps operate.

One other thing that would be a huge improvement would be allowing us to see what money is going out and where it’s being spent at. Should be able to see all your transactions just as you would on a debit or credit card. That would help people and family’s manage there money better if they saw were it was actually going.

Please take these things into consideration. They are very small and reasonable changes that should be easy enough to make happen on DTA’s end.

Essential Compatibility and Accessibility Update Needed for iPhone 14 and Later Models

As an IT professional, I’m compelled to bring attention to critical compatibility and accessibility issues with the DTA Connect app on iPhone 14 and subsequent models, including the iPhone 15. The app’s interface design does not seamlessly align with the display characteristics of these newer models. This misalignment is particularly challenging for users who depend on accessibility features. Key functional elements like the ‘Submit’ button are obscured by the iPhone’s status bar, including cellular, WiFi, and battery indicators. This overlap significantly hampers usability, especially for those with visual or motor impairments. The ‘Cancel’ button, masked by the time display, further exacerbates accessibility challenges. Additionally, the stretched layout of the bottom section disrupts the app’s visual integrity, potentially affecting users who utilize screen readers or magnification tools. These interface issues are not just inconveniences; they represent a significant barrier to inclusivity and accessibility. An update to enhance compatibility with iPhone 14 and later models is urgently needed to ensure the app is accessible and functional for all users.

Unreliable app

When it first was introduced it worked great…but since this new update, and the new login username/password implant, it’s impossible to even login! the only thing that makes it useful now is being able to upload documents they need so you don’t have to spend all day waiting at the office! It’s so unreliable the past month, it’s insane…i even somehow was logged into some 67 yr old man’s account out of nowhere using my info, I was able to see all his information and I was appalled!!! Contacted them and no response about it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven’t been able to even log in for over 3 weeks because Error “we are experiencing technical difficulties, try again later” smh…when I’m waiting in line at checkout, I do not find it convenient to call the number on the back of the card, type in long numbers ect etc, I have major anxiety to begin with after going grocery shopping lol
