PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: the application calculates your heart rate using a flashlight, if your device does not have a flashlight or it is too far from the camera, the application will not calculate your pulse.
Also, you cannot directly measure blood pressure and temperature in the application - they are calculated based on heart rate and other entered personal data.

I don’t quite understand how to use the app. This is my first time.

Hello! You can measure your pulse via device's camera. The pressure is calculated according to pulse measurement results. You can also enter data manually. The latest version offers you more features (saturation and weight monitoring and pedometer function).
