Good App for Checking Balances and Transfers
But it says you can mobile deposit checks and I don't see any way to do that.
Not great.
The amount of errors, and inability to log into the app seamlessly is frankly inexcusable at this point. I have to call the bank every couple of months to get let back in, because all of a sudden the Face ID doesn’t work, and then the password doesn’t work.
Other banks also send a daily push notification with current balances. There is no option for that, but it would be appreciated. Also, mobile check deposit would be nice.
Credit Car payment errors
Since I got this app, it does not allow me to pay off my credit card. I’ve asked multiple people in the bank about this issue and no one has a clue. It would make life so much easier to just be able to do what I need to do over the app instead of coming into the bank. This app is also super glitchy and crashes. This new update did not do much in my opinion.
