Ratings and Reviews
Awesome tool!!! Quick & easy- but a tad bit clunky
Really really easy to use and for 99c/month it’s totally worth it. Even the free version with the ads is worth it.
So many of my coworkers use Nurse Grid. But I believe you have to enter your shifts? Yourself !?
*gasp*
I don’t have that kind of discipline- I’m lazy.
On this app, I just push the “import” button and then my whole family knows my work schedule because it imports my work shifts to whatever calendar on my iPhone that I chose for it. And I automatically share that calendar with my family.
Easy as that.
You can also search your coworkers schedule in case you’re looking to switch shifts or something like that.
My one and only complaint is that the app isn’t pretty and all the buttons (other than “import) are just oddly placed & not very intuitive. That’s the only reason I say it’s a bit “clunky”.
Still easy to use, just not with any slick intuitive interface.
I’ll sum-up by saying:
If you’re entering your work shifts on your calendar yourself, take a look at this app. It’s a godsend for us lazy folk who just want automation.
Worth it.
Totally.
Developer Response ,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
The app was originally made to suit my own lazy needs and it's always satisfying to hear that I'm not alone in that pursuit.
I appreciate your feedback regarding odd button placements: clunky seems to be my default style. With future versions, I intend to invest more effort into refining the interface and interactions.
Best $12/year I Spend!
I’ve been using GotMyTime for probably 3 years now. A coworker suggested it and I’ve used it ever since. I’ve gone from a more complex 4-day + on-call schedule to a 3-day (random days) to a rotating mostly-weekend schedule, and GotMyTime continues to be the easiest and most reliable way to put my shifts into my calendar. (Also the quickest way to check if management randomly decided to change my schedule without telling me or if requested changes have been made.)
I can’t believe more people don’t use this app! Maybe there are dozens of alternatives out there, but I haven’t seen them.
In a world where other apps won’t even show you what you get in until you pay, trick you into subscribing, making it impossible to unsubscribe, substantially increase subscription fees (just quit an app that went to $40 annually; have laughed at others that want over $100 - are they serious?!), etc. it’s so nice to know I have one app that is straightforward, does what it says, has a reasonable subscription fee, and has responded to my questions. Wish other apps would do the same!
Great App!
A coworker told me about this app and boy am I glad they did! I love being able to “import” my schedule to my phones calendar with having to manually do it myself. It’s also really nice being able to see what shifts my coworkers have as well!
