I seriously love Geegpay, their platform is more stable and reliable. Their customer support is available 24/7 and that’s what is blowing my mind. One thing annoying is that, I am not able to transfer money to my Ghana bank account when I choose bank transfer.

I’m so sick of this platform, GEEGPAY and Raenest generally!!
This is total messed up I’ve experienced difficulties in having my fund with this company twice. This is so terrible, this platform provided payment request link in their website I think for a reason to reap users off their money!!
I used this platform Payment Request link to request a payment and the link was paid with a debit card in which the sender was debited immediately and his bank confirmed the payment successfully but GEEGPAY that provided me the link claim that they have no record of this payment. How is that even possible?! A link provided by your company and payment was made how do you claim to not have it in record?! It is obviously a scam.

Nightmare: Extremely Disappointed 😞🤬🤬😡😡
I regret to say that my experience with Geegpay has been nothing short of disappointing. I recently encountered a serious issue with my Virtual Visa card, and the level of support I received was far from satisfactory.
My card was inexplicably disabled, causing major disruptions to my daily financial activities. Despite being a loyal Geegpay customer, the response I received from their support team was slow and ineffective. The lack of clarity regarding the reason for the deactivation only added to my frustration.
Furthermore, the inconvenience caused by this incident has left me questioning the reliability of Geegpay's services. A company that offers financial products like Virtual Visa cards should prioritize quick and efficient issue resolution, especially for long-standing customers like myself.
I sincerely hope that Geegpay takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to their customer support and service quality. As it stands, I cannot recommend Geegpay based on my unfortunate experience.
