I waited for so long for Bamboo to start operations in Ghana and I must say I’m not disappointed and it was definitely worth the wait. I love the easy to use interface and the readily accessible help and customer service in app. Even more, I’m so happy about the decentralizing of investment options and access to hither to closed off spaces for African investors. Rooting for the creators and this vision to spread further in Africa
Great platform, buggy app
I’ve been using Bamboo for about a year now. I appreciate the app’s UI and how easy it makes it to invest in stocks. I constantly deal with bugs on the app though:
-From time to time the app will log me out and reset itself, so I re-enable Face ID, re-enable dark mode, to the point that it seems fruitless to even customize settings at all
-Even though I have tried several times and have received confirmation emails to that effect, the app still tells me my account details are unverified (the whole year I’ve been on the app)
-The data displayed in the My Stocks view constantly changes when you switch between pages despite setting the view to the specific data you want to see
-Sometimes the graphs on the stock pages do not appear
It’s been a lot of this for the year I’ve been using the app and it would greatly improve the user experience if at least some of these issues were addressed.

Too much glitch
I just find myself constantly contacting the bamboo customer care bamboo seems not to be a safe place for easy and swift transaction I will consider using another app because they’re lot of glitches that I am currently facing with them
I needed money urgently then sold my stocks and I have not been able to transfer my money from usd to naira in the same app the withdrawal doesn’t work, I laid a complaint and I was asked to wait for 3 days which means I’ll also have to wait 3 days for them to fix it and 3 days to get my naira into my account
You don’t want to go through this stress
