Huge benefit for my half Ironman training!

Fuelin was a great app that helped me navigate my nutrition plan along with my workouts to have a successful first half Ironman! I didn’t have the budget for the one-on-one consultations but even on the low end of cost it was totally worth it: I listened to all the educational videos and as many of the live events as I could.
As an older athlete (41) doing her first long distance tri, I knew the importance of getting my nutrition on point to help prevent injury, sickness and help me perform at my best. Fuelin allowed me to do that on a tight budget, and I’ll be forever grateful. I was able to plan each day effectively and my body performed well and recovered well.
If I decide to do another long distance, I will definitely use Fuelin again and hopefully be able to go for the one-on-one consultation to get even more out of the program.

Fuelin guided me to a successful Half Distance Triathlon

Fuelin’s daily recommendations work! I have been logging my food daily and using Fuelin for over a year now. Fuelin provides daily recommendations on food consumption in sync with all of my workouts along with the proper Fuelin strategy for in workout consumption. Before using Fuelin I was did not consume much if anything during workouts and this app taught me the optimal amounts to consume before, during, and after workouts. Also following along with daily tracking I was able to maintain my energy and weight during all of the tough training cycles. I finished the Clash Daytona 1/2 Triathlon in the top 1/2 of my Age Group, powering through the very challenging run in the heat at the end. Thanks to the entire Fuelin team for their support and helping me achieve this milestone!

Fuelin App and Team

I would like to thank Scott and team and their Fuelin application for helping me perform at my optimal level. I first stated on the program post a major injury and needed to lose some extra weight during my downtime. The program was easy to follow and gave me many options to eat healthier without sacrificing taste. My focus within the program quickly changed post injury, migrating to training performance and fueling for Ironman distance racing. The integration with my Coach’s prescribed workouts coupled with proper timing of fuel delivered results. My in race nutrition has never been better, but this came with practice and enhanced understanding of proper fueling strategies. Again Scott and team delivered for me, they can deliver for you! I’m cramp free during races! I’m less fatigued! And now I’m a WC qualified!
