The app will not open half the time. I’ve tried for two days to open the app and it will not open.
I agree useless
I’ve been using the app for a good year work beautiful until now. It won’t let me into the account. I I get a guy not very good English. He must’ve said. I don’t know to me at least eight or nine times to where I want to go through the phone and choke him like why did you pick up the phone if you don’t know what you’re doing people call with questions you should have the answers they told me to delete my asp and re-open the app at the App Store. The App Store doesn’t do that if you’ve already got it, I deleted it
Using app
Love this app ! So easy to use, look at statements or print them . Manage acct details . So easy to pay and go paperless. Even customer service was very helpful and professional and they understood immediately what problem was and took care of it. Excellent app .
