i love the new app. you can receive wash points now for a free month membership or i can get free washes either points. i can manage my account/membership through app so i dont have to call or go to the store if i make any changes. i can do it all on the app.

Difficult to use
I added the app to take advantage of discounted monthly service but as of now I don’t know what my service criteria is all I can see is gonna be charged the full price on November 26, two weeks from now when I was supposed to get a free month. And I do not see any way to adjust it, review it, edit it, or change anything. I’m very disappointed and I really wanna go back to my email online contacts and delete this app. I have called a couple times and I have not gotten any response from Flagstaff.
