Seems interesting and helpful but it’s crraazzzzzyyyy expensive! Just go get a personal trainer for less.

This program actually works

I started this program 12 weeks ago and there is no way I could have lost this weight on my own. This is not a personal trainer and it's not supposed to be. This program calculates your calories and macros appropriate for you and creates meals with food you ENJOY that you cook at home. Your coach is there if and when you need her.

I love knowing what I am going to eat each day. I love being able to meal prep if I want. I love the results I've had (20+ lbs in 12 weeks)! I have learned so much about foods and proteins since starting the program. If you adhere to the foods, it WORKS. Five stars. PS: sign up during a sale if you think it's too pricey - they have them often! Seeing results every week is worth it.
