Device disappear and not accurate
On occasion I will log into the app and my devices are not visable on the main screen. Most times when they are there the screen is not accurate and I have to go into a decide to actually see its setting. Don’t understand why the temp always states that the unit is running 2 degrees below what I want it at even when the room it is in is registering higher. Would love to know how much time the device is actually running to understand how efficient it really is
A Game Changer
I’ve recently started using the Smart Envi Heater and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The warmth and comfort it brings to my home is just perfect. It’s efficient and easy to use, and I love it’s convenience. The app is user-friendly and makes controlling the heater so convenient. Whether I’m in bed or out and about, I can adjust the settings right from my phone. It’s like having a remote control that works from anywhere!
Remote access drops randomly all the time.
Cannot depend on the “smart” Eheat Envi interface. Most disappointing, I bought 3 units so I could monitor the heating at my cabin during the winter. It randomly drops the interface to individual unit(s) when I need it the most. Support keeps telling me it’s my iPhone. Funny how it happens on all my iPhones, iPads and everyone I ask to test the app. Either fix the Apple App or stop saying it works with Apple products.
