When patients are unable to come to clinic / hospital for in-person consultation, Medical Professionals need an app to help them enter patient information and generate a prescription which can be shared with the patient. The app should be user friendly, comply with requirements and be customizable to the needs of individual doctors.
With features like Drug Master, Diagnosis Master, Patient Registration, e-Prescription etc, E-Scribe offers the solution that most doctors need to offer remote consultation to their patients.

WORST APP I HAVE EVER TRIED TO LOAD
I wish I could give this app a less than one star review. Any rating above a ZERO is being charitable. Now, if there were negative stars were talking!!
This app has been impossible to get past the very first page. I downloaded and filling in the initial demographic data is difficult because not all the categories are even recognizable as far as what is being asked for. Next there are NO explanations, tutorials, online assistance, FAQ’s to get ANY further information! I have tried to submit the very first screen of information and I am not able to get beyond the very first page!!! IT IS HORRIBLE! I am planning to suggest to my partner that we dump this app and go with ANY OTHER ONE!!!
