embarrassingly bad

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. To begin with, this app was never good, but the update somehow made it worse than it already was. Why is it so slow? Who programmed this? A child could do a better job at making an app that actually works. It refuses to mark me as delivered, screwing up my times, forcing me to manually mark myself as not only delivering the food, but being in the store. This app is laughably bad at everything it’s supposed to accomplish. The checklist is slow, the app sending me to gps is slow, it takes hours for it to start working properly, and even then, it is so slow, you would think I’m using one of the first generations of phones. The settings section of the app is literally just adjusting the volume, so good luck trying to troubleshoot any issues you have within the app. You’re forced to open and close the app, logging in and out constantly. It’s a waste of time during my shifts. Don’t even get me started on the aggregator. Yes, I love it when you send all my deliveries to people that don’t even work where I work, who have no sense of urgency, and seem to be allergic to remembering all the items they’re supposed to be delivering. I love having to answer all the phone calls where customers have issues because your terrible system loves to screw me over. Fix this app so it stops inconveniencing drivers who don’t get paid enough to put up with it.

This app is terrible

Be prepared to get logged out EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn off your phone. It’s the most annoying this next to the system stealing my deliveries and handing them over to doordash WHEN THE STORE IS SLOW & WE HAVE MULTIPLE DRIVERS. Not to mention the fact that when you are LOGGED OFF the system marks you as if you never left the store & screws up all the delivery times. I’ve been penalized at work for being “late” even though it’s this ridiculous systems fault. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately the one star is more than this app and it’s developers deserve. We turn this janky system off every time because it’s so hard to work with. It drains your battery, the navigation throws you every direction BUT WHERE YOU NEED TO GO & sometimes it feels like marking orders delivered & sometimes it doesn’t causing the delivery system to clock 15-30 sometimes an hour LONGER than what the delivery actually was, affecting our delivery times and store performance. The developing team needs to figure something out. Work over time or something to get these “bug-fixes” under control & actually FIX THE BUGS you’re already “supposedly” fixing in these updates.

Made me quit my job

Since we had the system installed at pizzahut my deliveries went from 13 a day to 5 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️also customers don’t like when Uber eats or DoorDash deliver there pizza and most likey will not return to pizzahut …this system is so flawed if aggregators is on and there is 5 orders it will give one to each driver and the rest to the Uber eats and door dash I’m losing all my tips to ppl that don’t even work at pizzahut and getting all the bad ones this app made work so much more complicated the old system. Was way better and efficient before you could see the entire order on one page now your have to push down to get to 2nd page 🤦🏻‍♂️and some even have 3 pages if you need to seee the first item you have to stop what your doing and click up twice it takes way more to when time is not a choice 🤦🏻‍♂️before you could recall and I don’t even think this one does it I would not remcomend also if it freezes you can’t dispatch from old screen and you have to wait till it’s back online
