I heard about this on Dr. Oz and decided to purchase the book. I bought the 5 day cleanse and followed it faithfully and lost 8 lbs and felt like a million dollars! I started following the bone broth diet after that but got off it when I went on vacation and gained back 2 pounds. I am now doing a 1 day cleanse to reset and going forward. I highly recommend these products and the program. You will be so happy and feel so good!
Delicious & Good 4 You
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we started on the bone broth. A little hesitant at first, but wow when you drink it regularly, your body feels better. You actually feel full. We’ve had the opportunity to share it with others and we’ll see how they experience it too.
Lemon sips
LOVE this product…I find myself actually craving my water now…I went from drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day (loaded with flavored creamer) to one cup because I feel so much more refreshed drinking my water with lemon sips! I do feel like my skin seems a bit tighter, I’ve been using the product consistently for about 3 weeks!
