I have watched the creation of Desi from a distance, and it has been nothing but inspiring. This is a project created by a community to serve those around them. They know their customers. They know their values. If you are a college student who needs to get from A to B, Desi should be the first thing that pops into your mind. Once this gets rolling, there will be instant change. Either get in the Desi or get left on your dorm step. You don’t want to miss this.
Best app for rides around my college town
I downloaded Desi after a friend recommended it to me, and I couldn’t have had a better experience so far! The drivers are trustworthy and do their job very well. They are also fellow college students and share a similar experience to me in that regard. I have stopped using Uber after downloading this app. It is very simple to use and has a great interface.
INNOVATIVE
Since desi has arrived on my campus it has completely changed my view of what getting around my college town can be. Receiving rides from my fellow students has been such a fun and exciting way to meet new people and develop relationships that I never thought I would have. This app truly has put my campus community in motion and I am so excited to see any new innovations this team comes up with.
