Description
Define was created by fitness experts Jo and Jacqs of Sweat and Tell to offer a variety of workouts you can do anywhere. This app is designed to create a balanced approach to exercise and overall health and wellness routine.
Define is much more than just a fitness app, you will establish a daily routine you genuinely look forward to. A routine that is approachable, flexible and fun! With three new classes added per week, you will have access to live workouts and a full library of on-demand classes.
Our classes are energizing and uplifting, and leave you feeling strong. Each week is split into the following structure: upper body sculpt, lower body burn, full body blast and quickies (core, booty, etc). All workouts are 30 minutes or less and designed to be stackable with one another for an added challenge. Whether you are new to fitness, postpartum, or an experienced trainer, define has workouts for you.

Obsessed with the define app! The workouts are quick and so effective. Perfect to break up the day when working from home. I love that I can get a good sweat in with no excuses because it fits so seamlessly into my day. I love the classes with both Jo and Jacqs! 10/10 recommend!
