Great app with a few areas for improvement
Sometimes the app glitches a little bit and pauses when I try to scroll down, is a little slow to load, and sometimes is hard to see full images. Otherwise great app, and I appreciate being able to read the paper on my phone & iPad!
Love the online paper
I have subscribed to the Daily Sentinel for over 20 years. I love to read the paper when I get up at 5 am every morning. Trouble was I had to trek down my 1/4 mile driveway to retrieve the paper and sometimes it was not there. Now all I have to do is open the app and read the exact same paper. Also, I can print or email some articles right on my IPad. Also, the only way you can read the Mon and Tue editions is online. The app works great. Early on it seemed that I had to enter my password every time I read the paper but not any more.
It took a little time…
I have always enjoyed the ritual of going out my front door in the morning and locating my newspaper. I liked looking around for it if it wasn’t on the driveway: in a bush, maybe under the car, kinda fun! So it took a little time for me to get used to my online newspaper.
Going online was forced on me because of a carrier shortage. I thought I’d switch back later. But after some time I realized an online newspaper was alright. I am an online Daily Sentinel customer. Thank you!
