I am loving this app. Everything I need and my coach needs to hold me accountable and help me reach my goals. I love that I can track my food weight and workouts all in 1. I can see my previous weeks lifts so I have an idea where to start when I forget my starting weights sometimes. My check in is also done in the app and that is so easy. Makes daily check ins even easier.
