My son is developmentally disabled, my spouse is paralyzed from the waist down, we, I am also disabled. My son and I receive a good benefit on our UNITED HEALTHCARE CARD-!!we ONLY shop at WALMART with our benefits!!
I am the authorized user on my sons electronic EBT card, we do ALL of our shopping ONLY at Walmart!! We couldn’t be happier with the simplicity of shopping Walmart’s well stocked and designed stores.

I love having an app to access surveys. It is much easier compared to waiting for an email reminder that I have a survey opportunity available. However, there are some issues. First, I have to sign into the app frequently. It would be nice to stayed signed in or have facial recognition login option. Also, there are times where I am in the middle of a survey and then there is a error message. I have to restart the app and do the survey all over again. This just happened during my last survey, at the last 1-2 questions of a full survey and got kicked out. 10 minutes wasted. Overall, the app is great to have if these issues can be resolved.

I have been a member of Spark for probably two years. The first time I redeemed my points I had trouble using the e gift card. Two weeks ago, I again tried to redeemed my point to buy Christmas gifts for this coming season. To this day have not had access to that e-gift card. I have reached out to Walmart community Spark customer service, Walmart, customer service, and the issuer of the gift card and not a single person can help me. I have been informed that they will forward my information to their engineering team, but no one has actually come to my assistance. I am beyond frustrated. Why is it so hard for them to just issue me a physical gift card?
