Frozen screen, no support!
I have an existing account with Cuballama but the app now is frozen on my iPhone, and I can’t get any help. I’ve sent several messages asking for help and never get a reply. I can use my existing account on my iPad and in windows but no longer on my iPhone. It’s locked up and I have no way to fix it. Very frustrating!

updated; Personnel finally reached out to assist after leaving my original negative review. I was asked to I call, but I do not speak Spanish, so I was told I would receive a call back. Within a few minutes a nice lady named Jessica called, and then spent quite a while helping me get back into my account. She was patient and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, considering all of the frustration I was having. Problem resolved! Thank you....

Good app & Service
Its is a good app and service and the cheapest way to call to cuba through calls without wifi, but tomorrow , Cuba will increase access to internet So, you may look for better promotion. Besides that I am waiting for gifts that you can call standard and plus calls, perhaps you can use and average of both cost to make a new offer

look for an efficient way to verify your customers' information is legitimate
After making several refills several times they cancel my account, they send me an email saying that I must send my card with all the information and my identification tells them that I can not confirm that I am the title that I am calling and I asked the questions of security corresponding to what they tell me that they cannot and that they want my personal information to which I did not access and decided to cancel my services with the cuballama and without talking about the bad attention of the person who attended me
