Cost updating iffy at best

I run 4 stores with this software. Receiving deliveries and updating single items in the app causes some issues. I’ve noticed that after updating prices when scanning an item, there it times it will delete the cost (kind of annoying).

Adding new items will often times create items with 12 UPC digits, which sometimes causes errors in the C Store System (costs not saving correctly, etc.).

These have been ongoing issues for the past 3 years we’ve been using this as a back office: please fix.

Inconsistent app

The features and layout on the desktop site is not congruent with the app, which makes it difficult to teach new people how to navigate and use it.

Barcode scanner is super fast, which is great!

Add categories

Great app. But If I can recommend one feature. Can you add the ability to see the departments and categories.

For example, I have the following Candy Departments: Candy (Small), Candy (King Size), Candy (Hanging Bag), etc. When I click the live sales and see the departments it’s great to see the individual Candy departments. But I would also like to see how the entire Candy departments are doing overall. And to be able to switch between the 2 options easily.
