It took forever to get this app installed and working. And now every time I open it, it requires me to put in my email and password. On top of that it doesn’t really allow me to do what I want to do which is control the heater function to reduce my power during peak period since I’m on time of use billing with my utility. And for some reason now when I bring it up, it does not display the temperature of the spa, which is very important thing to know since I use my spa for Airbnb guests. Hopefully one of the developers is listening and will make a change. It would be greatly appreciated.

Somehow, this company has been able to make possibly the worst app on the entire App Store, worse. It’s always been flaky and unreliable, but since this update, I’m not able to change my filter cycle from the app. It says it saves, but it never saves changes that are made. I found this out the hard way when I noticed my cycle was not running when I thought I had extended it. On the plus side they must’ve done some heavy user experience testing because the temperature change control is actually usable now. Nicely done there, but unfortunately, they broke other previously-working functionality. So congrats, worst developer ever. You’ve hit a new low.

I’ve been waiting years for them to fix this app and they still continue to put out a miserable product that doesn’t work.
I logged into the app. It looks different now, but instead of displaying my temperature, it just has dashes. every once in a while, I can get it to work if I play with it what’s the point?
It’s faster just to go out and physically make the adjustments at the tub. It’s also less frustrating and doesn’t put me in miserable mood.
Look at the reviews they’re all horrible. When are you going to fix your app?
Whatever happened to customer service and quality products????
