Thank you for joining as we launch Circle K Charge in the United States
Circle K makes it easy to be an EV driver, so you can take it easy while on the road.
Download our mobile app, register as a driver and use our network of quick chargers while enjoying our convenience offer in one of our many stores.
You will find all our Circle K charging stations in the app and can easily check which ones are available and have the right connector for your car. The app can be used to start/stop charging and to administer your profile, viewing charging history, download receipts and more.

The worst designed charging experience I have ever encountered
Why should I need an app to charge? Why not just take a credit card? Why do I have to provide all of my personal details to charge? If you’re going to require I download and use your app for the one time I have to charge at a Circle K, the least the app could do is make it easy to add payment details or let me use Apple Wallet. Did anyone do any user research for this at all? You need to study what EV Go did with Flying J - they got it right. Pay with credit card, pull through, covered 350k charges with simultaneous charging. I will be filtering out Circle K charges from my travel plans in the future.
Everyone Involved in the Design of this app should be fired
Even the executive sponsor. The fact you shipped this and locked your chargers behind this pathetic excuse for a solution is appalling. Heads should roll and they should all never touch’s computer or phone ever again.
You don’t support password management so you have to manually cut / paste passwords.
You don’t support any OS features that would make it easier to create an account.
Then to add insult to injury after you painstakingly enter everything “your password is too long” is the error message and if you go back and fix it the stupid app DELETES EVERYTHING YOU ENTERED AND UOU HAVE TO START COMPLETELY OVER.
Haven’t even gotten out of the car to use the charger and I’ve wasted 15 minutes manually typing everything in.
Do better. Replace the people who don’t. There are plenty of people looking for work that can write better apps than this.
Great charging experience
I have had my Mach E for 3 years and have taken a few road trips in it. I’ve used most of the big supercharger companies to charge and this one has always worked flawlessly for me. Not sure why people have had trouble setting up app and loading their payments but I have not had that issue
