ChoirMate 4+

We’ve been using ChoirMate for several months now, and it is an absolute game-changer for our community choir! The calendar feature is so easy to use, making it simple to organize our rehearsals and performances and track attendance. We can upload sheet music and practice tracks and sort it by vocal section, which has been so helpful for our singers to practice on their own.
We are a non-profit community choir, so managing our budget is a must. ChoirMate is affordable and saves us so much time, it is a great investment. The customer service is also great - very responsive and helpful. You can tell this app was created by someone who actually knows about choirs - ChoirMate delivers what choirs need!

Outstanding app for managing everything to do with choir rehearsals. This has saved SO much time and pain using Dropbox folder and links (which nobody can ever find or navigate). The user interface is so simple, with practice lists that let you listen to score/part recordings while viewing the sheet music pdf file. Choir members have given great feedback and we can already hear the difference in rehearsals as choir members arrive having already learned their parts. I couldn’t imagine ever having to go back to Dropbox links and spreadsheets for managing set lists, practice lists etc. Amazing job and highly recommended!

As a former choir director, I now sing in a choir. We use Choir Mate and oh, how I wish I'd had this app to use with my previous choir! Our director posts part recordings, along with You Tube recordings of each song we sing. The messaging feature is awesome - she can message the group as a whole, or by section, or to individuals. As can we, the members! No more need for emails, especially with attachments. Instead, it's all here on the app.
