Ratings and Reviews
Super frustrating
The app is absolutely infuriating to attempt to use. The map will list a number of rides or attractions in an area and if you click on them it will zoom in and if you select a ride to see the the name or thrill rating it will zoom in so far you spend half your day zooming back out to reset the map. We were delayed due to weather and most of the rides were closed due to wind or maintenance. Those closures were up to date. The food closures however were not at all accurate. We tried to go to several places that showed open only to discover they were closed. It would have been helpful to show the walking times between places or the fastest route. Overall it is fine but could be a little better.
Terrible
App freezes probably because too many people using it in the park at one time it worked good early on now it’s terrible can’t narrow down to view only adult coasters and wait times also gps directions to rides doesn’t work now too all after being turned away from a ride with my disability pass and not allowing to ride like I was able to last year yes they did fix the problem after an hr in a half wait because accessibility and customer service only had one competent person working the other 3 one was foreign with problems understanding English and the other 2 were simply slow and needing door greeting jobs the only one that was of help was a supervisor/manger that was over whelming over worked doing his best and a great job the only other thing to add was the new top thrill 2 was down and one of the biggest reasons to come today. And there are no paper maps or spending cash here so I see why attendance is down the older crowd just has no desire to be tied to a phone and cp doesn’t want you having a phone on the rides any way and as a customer I don’t want to carry it anyway it’s nice to walk the park with a paper re entry pass and an id and credit cards on a lanyard so much more convenient! Come on cp you can definitely do better -!!!!!-
I'm not like the rest of you...
Their app is loaded with problems. It is disrespectful to provide such terrible services. I wonder if they went with the cheapest software devs they could find or if they hired a company due to "friendship" (who knew who). Both are bad.
I won't give a company a cent if their employees disrespect me. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes. Probably would have sat on hold for over an hour. It is HIGHLY disrespectful to make customers wait that long, especially when the problem is with their app A junk company that doesn't care about their customers, but they're definitely willing to take your money. A true American company, it doesn't get more American than this. And companies wonder why online businesses are out-competing in person stores: because American companies have no idea how to provide quality customer support. There is no making it right either, do the right thing in the first place.
