Bid Whist - Classic 4+

This game would be better if the programming was more like it is played with a real partner. As an example, your computer partner plays as if it is a solo game. It routinely plays a trump card
When your ace, in an off-suit would win the book. It's frustrating to see jacks (if it's an uptown bid) or 3s ( if it's a downtown bid) win books when a suit is played for the first time. It's also weird when your partner sits on a joker or an ace when you are trying to figure out where it is in an effort to make your bid. Additionally, you'll find that your partner rarely has the hand to win a bid without a lot of help from you. Those bids are hard to make when your partner has cards in all four suits. You'll play the game if you love bid whist, but it's programming will drive you crazy!

Why has one of the partners been removed?

Tried to see how much the game has changed. Your alert still doesn't compare to looking down on the card table, where you can see and study the board over the entire time you are debating your bid. Partner still holds the winner and let's the other team win the book. I then played an obvious winner and my partner cut me and set us playing to the other team. Still can just set the computer all day. ...anyone who claims this is like the real thing lacks the skills to play the game... This doesn't look like a card game. It does play like the card game. You can pass every time and just set the computer. It will make you bid once in a while, that doesn't matter. Just continue passing again after. Disappointing computer play. Your partner sets you by holding winners. The computer gets set because it is always 4 suited. The only time a bid goes over 4 you will bid it. Great game reduced to shambles.
