Slow, limited information.

To file a claim make sure you have the time set aside. App is incredibly slow. Information provided is limited at best. Could use improvements being more user friendly.

Hot Water Trash

This app is terrible. It’s basically an app that is just full of links that takes you to other websites. The Highmark website also has outdated lists of who is your network. Half the doctors no longer practice in the area. Also, since Beneficity took over as the administrators of my company’s insurance, I have had THE hardest time getting any of my doctors visits covered. None of my doctors offices can find a working website to send claims to. It sends them in circles. I’ve had SEVERAL claims get denied because the numbers that are given to fax referrals are wrong. They don’t tell you you’re wrong. I found out after getting a $2K bill from physical therapist that was covered Dec 31 but then denied Jan 1. What a hot load of a garbage dump.

unable to log in

app was working fine before. Re-entered my login and password and tells me unable to locate account with information provided. So I go to register and it says I’m already registered to login and when I try logging in, I still get the same message but when I login on the website browser, I have no issues so it’s definitely the app.
