Good just one issue
Love the app works amazing and bike feels great only issue is I think logging in should be a priority when you open the app bc it took me three tries to get my data because when I first did the sign up it reset my data then I put it in and made me log in after that the ad would let me close it so I had to do it a third time dosent bother me one but but might bother others is all other than that it’s amazing would recommend 👍
User flow needs some fixes
The suspension data the app provides is good, but the user flow to see the data is super frustrating. This was my actual experience using the app for the first time.
Open app > click trail > enter in all my bike and rider info > hit login wall > click sign up > create email and password > click email verification link > back to app > have to enter all my bike and rider info a SECOND time > hit login wall > click log-in > enter email and pass > password is incorrect (should’ve had retype password field in sign up section) > click forgot password > go to email > reset password > go back to app > have to enter all my bike and rider info a THIRD time > hit login wall > click log in > enter email and password > successfully logged in > have to enter all my bike and rider info a FOURTH time > finally I am able to see my suspension results.
Pretty cool!
Saw the video on TikTok for this app. Signed up to use it. Seems to work and give good advice. There are a couple issues. I had to put my info in 3 times to get results (after you put your info in it resets the app back to the main screen. 2nd time I put the info in it asked me to sign in, which I did and then it takes you back to the main screen. The 3rd time finally got me the results/settings recommendation). Biggest issue I had was that the recommended settings aren't correct for my bikes rear shock (2023 RM450). The showa BFRC shock doesn't have low speed compression or high speed compression. It just has compression and rebound. The recommended settings show low speed/high speed settings. I'm sure this app will get better with updates and I will rate higher once things get resolved.
