App not working
The wedsite isn’t either. My transactions are not showing up. If I wasn’t someone who pays close attention to my transactions this could set me up for a downfall of overdrafts. Not even the ore authorization transaction are showing up so it looks like I have more in the bank then I actually have. This could mess a lot of people up if it’s happening to others. Walmart says the bank has put a ten day hold on a transaction I made yet when I called the bank they blamed Walmart which I do not believe this is on the banks side considering I have two other credit card payments that I made a few days ago that day they went through on their end but aren’t showing up on my transactions and I just got locked out of the bank app while trying to change my primary phone number. I usually sign in with a four digit code then all of the sudden it wants my password and I tried to sign in with that and then a window pops up and said there’s a server error. So I try to delete the app and reinstall and no luck with that so then I deleted the app again and tried to sign in on the browser with still no luck. Same server error pops up so I’m assuming their servers are down?

Unreliable
Can’t tell you how many time the app tells me there an error loading my bank information. Very frustrating when you need to know how much money of your they have and the app can’t tell you.
