Friendly Local Bank
The app has definitely come a long way!!! It is user friendly, convenient and has great features - most especially the new BP Card Pal! Although there were major delays opening it for the first time, once I loaded my card I haven’t encountered any issues and it opens up within seconds. When I had issues logging in, their customer support was very helpful and patient. Friendliest bank I know that makes you feel comfortable and important! GREAT JOB BankPacific! I look forward to what’s to come!
Improved
The app has definitely improved with the latest updates, offering a smoother and more intuitive experience. The new features are great, especially the added customization options that enhance usability. However, I’d love to see the addition of external transfers in future version updates.
