BOG PROBLEMS
Your app is good until it needs an upgrade. Your bank needs to start looking at what it provides to its customers why are you charging businesses for changing bills to coins yet you take coins at the coin value? You have so many employees yet don’t make so much money your tellers here in Saipan can really be slimmed down. Look at the airport in Guam one agent just to verify documents yet the computer process the ticket. One agent to verify the documents to process multiple transaction
Literally the WORST
Honestly, just get rid of the app itself. Literal garbage, it’s like these “issues” we all face arent being resolved and I think their could honestly care less. We do nothing, but fill their pockets. I’ve had the app for awhile now and on so many occasions I’ve tried to check my transactions and they’re always “pending” even when the transactions are from a day or two ago, and don’t get me started with the Mobile Check Deposit feature. When I deposit a check in, only half of it goes through, then I have to wait 2-3 days and the other half will go through. It infuriates me so much because then, I’ll always be short and the available balance will never be for sure because some transactions won’t go through until days later. All in all, worst banking app. Pretty sure that the chances of me getting hacked are a million in a million…
Review of BOG Mobile App
For a little while now it appears that times trying to login takes a great amount of time to even just get to the login. Most times I’ve given up on opening the Mobile App. Am I the only one who experience this situation? On another matter I linked EZ card which is tied in with my BOG credit card for quicker and easier access. With the BOG Mobile App initially it appeared fine and then in the next day or so it advised me that there’s a problem and that it is not a valid link or something to that affect. Hopefully these matters can be cleared up to make for an easier and not so frustrating use of the mobile app. Thank you for your consideration and attention to this matter.
