I love using this app. It is effortless and has helped my business grow. The customer service team is extremely knowledgeable. The one time I had an issue they resolved it quickly. Would recommend this app to everyone who needs an easy way to handle earnest money.
avoid
Do not use this app. waiting on customer support to answer regarding my earnest money payment yesterday that has yet to go through. Best to be safe when purchasing a home and just send a check if the app doesn’t work the way it is supposed to. I don’t even see anything pending in my bank account. No email confirmation that I sent a payment from bankshot.
